The legs are 4 x 4, bolted to the underside and are about 18" in the ground. Dig your holes before you and your buddies stand it up. Level it up and put an 80 pound bag of concrete in each hole. Mother Nature supplies the water. Just put a few "2 x 4 stibes" in the ground and screw it to the legs until you get some rain. I have some huge 4' x 6' shooting houses else where on the lease and none fell when Hurricane Katrina passed. We had some 80-100 mph sustained winds. All are cemented in the ground. If for some reason, you need to move it, chain saw works well (you just have to modify your ladder).

I've had both my knees replaced a couple of years ago, that why I don't have it really high in the air, plus this is a new road that was cut on our lease, and from what you can see in the picture, I don't think I'll be moving the stand. It is too nice of a spot and the deer are already using and crossing it.
